well i have too work out because i play area football & iam a personal trainer.
Why I Love It:
well i luv when i get comment on my bodie it make all that hard work pays off.

i just think about given the hit on the field and not takethe hit on the football field.

hey! How are you? How you like the book? Today is my 4th day of training and diet, first day was tough but I'm ok now! Tonight, after weight training, I should begin carb loading but I'm not so excited as I thought I will be. I'm just not hungry and not really craving for carbs :) Don't know is that a good or bad thing!

You hit legs twice in the week? That's genius, bro. You get the heavy-ass lift done when you're still fresh some and then crush them up a second time with lighter weights to give you explosive power! Imma try that this week. How's ya football training?
