Goal (Overall):
My fitness goal is to transform my body into a lean, mean, fit and sexy machine. :-)
Goal (Long):
I have been going to the gym to lose weight and get into shape for over 10 years now. During the 10 years I have had ups and downs with my weight loss success. Right now, I'm pretty much at a "down". I'm at the point now where I'm getting older and getting frustrated that in all this time I have not been able to completely achieve my goal. My current goal is to transform my body from mostly fat (LOL) into toned and lean muscle!!! My long term goal is to hopefully someday get into the body building/fitness model competing industry. Seems like lots of hard work, but lots of fun!!! I have been very inspired since I joined this site back in April 2008. I have reviewed a lot of success stories and found them to be very motivating and up lifting. I have finally come to the realization that after ten years of going it in my own without real lasting results, I obviously need professional help (personal trainer) to help and guide me in the right directions to reach my fitness goal. I am truly determined and will not give up!!!
