Why I Love It:
I always loved working out! I admired people like Sergio Olivia, Flex Wheeler, Ben Weider & my older brother..when I was young-er..lol. And many others who commit to improving their health!

Wow..thru other people and realizing my goal is greater than my struggle. Strong faith in myself & God.

Transition into this (Exercise/Health Science) career from current job. Keep my grades awesome...thats the "Brain$" part of my mantra! Competing in the Europa Super Show 2009- novice model contest(168lb,10%bodyfat)! Sidenote: I want to be an underwear model for some reason...go figure.

What type of person at your gym annoys you the most? Why?
loud, obnoxious types' equipment hoggers; those who dont re-rack weights; and those that just sit on resistance machines, ugh.

Reason: to fill in the "gaps" of nutrients, vitamins, and other aminos, I may be missing out on.

Reason: I take protein off and on. I more so take it now to help maintain muscle mass, while I carb cycle.
