Hey, I saw you posting in one of the CL logs, just thought id mention IME, 30 days on White Flood vs. 30 days on Animal Pump - White Flood gives the best vascularity IMO, but Pump beats it on Pump, muscle hardness, and endurance, the creatine matrix in Pump has something to do with that I am sure.
