My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program
my workout program is pretty much based around the fact that i want to get big but maintain a low body fat percentage
Chest and Tricep day:
Bench press 4 sets: starting with 10 reps, 8 reps, 6 reps, 4 reps. increasing the weight towards your max
Tricep cable rope: 3x12, increasing weight towards max
Dumbell incline bench press: 3x12, increasing towards max
Dumbell behind head tricep extension: 3x10 at max weight
Cable ropes chest: 3 sets of 12, increasing weight towards max
Bicep and Back day
Lat pull down, 3x12- increase weight towards max
Dumbell curls on incline bench, 3x10m increase weight towards max
bar between leg on corner, pull towards chest (sorry idk what this is called), 3x12, increase towards max
preacher curl barbell. 3x12, increase weight towards max
deadlift, 4 sets: 10 reps, 8 reps, 6 reps, 4 reps. increase towards max
i usually sneak in shoulders between the 2 days, and i cannot workout legs at the moment due to a torn acl injury i have in my left knee, which i will be getting surgery for very shortly
