For a period of time I was a gym rat. I loved it. I had nothing better to do then to go to the gym and eat. Sounds pathetic I know. But i was in a town where i knew no one and it gave me something to do. Upon returning i continued but a couple of shoulder injuries slowed me down and I've been on a roller coaster of fitness for a few years. I want to get back to the point where people are like 'wow Stu's pretty huge'. Rep 245lbs bench, squat rep 225lbs.... that kind of thing. I don't need to be all cut up. I don't that well, but i want to be back down to 200lbs.
