How I Started:
Ive been working out for about 15 years, I got into yoga this summer and I love it! It has taken the place of lifting for me, at least for now.
Why I Love It:
I love feeling strong and fit, I love liking what I see in the mirror. I like yoga because I see progress EVERY time I go to class and thats super rewarding!
How I Stay Motivated:
I make it part of my routine that way times when I dont feel like going, its part of my day already and no reason to skip out.
BB Accomplishments:
At one point I had gotten out of fitness for about 2 years so I jumped back into it hardcore and I really saw the results from being focused and disciplined. I liked that!

Goal (Long):
Gain more flexibility and strength in yoga. I want to be able to do any pose and hold it as long as my instructor asks me, be able to do even the most advanced poses. Really work on my balance, esp with reverse half moon and reverse triangle.
I had a great week, awesome yoga on monday, a hard resistance leg day on thurs and yoga again today. I see tremendous progress in yoga, the poses that used to give me trouble are no problem now and Ive gained a ton of strength especially in my upper body. I can now do side crow and flying...
