I've always been into fitness and becoming the best I could be through diet and exercise. My boyfriend has been pretty intense in his goal of being a fitness model/ bodybuilder for about 3yrs but, I always thought that the idea of becoming that big was crazy until he showed me the Ms. Fitness and Ms. Figure competions. Something just clicked inside and I wanted to try to push my body to it's limits, so now I am trying to get into shape to enter my first competion. I'm giving myself 1 year before I enter and I'll take it from there.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel better and relieves the stresses of everyday life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that the harder I work the better I'll look
Sunday's are always my hardest workouts. My goal is to completely destroy my legs! I take my dogs to the high school and we run 4 laps (1 mile) then we run 4 more laps but we sprint the straight parts and jog the curves, then we run 4 more while doing the bleachers and we finish with 4 more laps...
All I went for was the Expo hahaha! It was awesome, and I wouldn't have changed a thing about it :)
I'd looooove to go to the Olympia this fall...right? I think last time it was in september. I may try to arrange it if I can! :) I hope you get to go also!

Yes! I'm so excited about the arnold!!!! I've been working to gain mass right now, in a bulking phase, but soon I'll be leaning out for my show in May 31st!!! I can't wait!!!
