I am unable to workout for another month. I am satisfied with the strength of my core. I want arm muscle but will be focusing on flexibility this next month.

00Gymrat00 Thx!... I dont do anything special really. You need to build them up first and when you gain some muscle start cutting the bodyfat so you can look leaner. Building muscle takes alot of hard work... there are plenty of great articles on bb.com about bulking/ building muscle that you can benefit from :) Aug 8, 2012 9:17am
