How I Started:
Worked out for most of my adult life, and lucky me its now my job! I teach mostly in the studio...and I've decided to hit my own training in the gym up a level or two, hitting the weights and cardio a bit more
Why I Love It:
I love the fact that I can switch off everything else when I'm working out...nothing else intrudes, it's a great thing to give yourself!

I don't really think I need to lose "weight" though I am most comfortable a couple of lbs down from what I am now. I want to increase my lean muscle and decrease my BF% from 17% ?? to 14%

hello, u do alot of yoga? i have been doing a yoga workout once a week , for 7 weeks, i have mental block or something, cause i hate it, its the only workout i dread, i do anyways , its hard , u have tips ? by the way ur body is very scrumptious
