I got interested in yoga about 3 years ago but I am not a regular to it yet. I need to get more motivated and do the yoga as well as the weight training and cardio.

Wow!! You're doing rather well!! Great job and nice shot!! I like your pics of what you look like before when you eat junk and after its out of your system. I should do that as well. It may help me. thanks for the tip.

Better but need to focus more on diet and cardio at the same time. I know what it takes to get there it's just the doing it part!! Oh yeah, do you have any ideas on a menu of limited budget?? let me know what you come up with and thanks a bunch!! Happy New Year!!

I went to the gym today for the first in a while!! I made some adjustments so I would have time. No more double jobbing it for me!!

Thanks for the boost i really need it!! Oh yeah I have 2 jobs now and my school. OOPS, where'd the time go?? I wrote up a schedule for supplements, cardio, and strength training (all at 6am or 10pm) if i can manage to get up and stay awake. Oh and have not figurede out an eating schedule or what to eat when. i don't know how to do that without going overboard.
