To get back my body!! I want to be on my way to 120 and muscle by Octber of 2008.
Goal (Long):
I want to lose between 31 and 35 lbs and drop 6 to 7 pant sizes. I want to clkean up my diet and be able to stay with a life style change for life!! I would love to try to get on the cover of a fitness mag and compete in at least one competition within the next 5 to 6 years. I want to be able to look nice wearing a halter and a short skirt and be proud of what i have accomplished!! I know that if I follow a schedule and a better meal plan i will be able to make it all happen!
Lucky girl, to have trained with Cory, Dorothy! Yep, if you clean up your diet you'll find that everything else will almost seem to 'just' happen! Good luck, chick. Hope you have heaps of fun along the way to achieving those goals of yours too :)
I okay...Lot's going on with the holiday and gettn my training in. My diet has not been the best, but hey it's just one week of festivities...Great to hear from you.
My yoga practice is MUCH reduced. I do a typical morning ritual that is deep meditative stretching and incorporates several postures (different every day) from my formal yoga practice, followed with 10 to 20 minutes of insight meditation. Three years (+?) of kripalu yoga from one of the most AMAZING local instructors, who understood integration focus versus the more Western view of "athletic benefit". It was this that I carry with me in my morning practice.

Well my dear, it is about Priorities! Sounds selfish, but I figure I train hard TODAY, so I can be around for many TOMORROW's...let's PM. Send me your schedule when you get a chance. You can fit it in. We can make it work.
In response to your question, I think the most important thing is diet. If you haven't already, check out scivationbooks.com. You may want to go onto the Lifestyle Cut Diet. I like it cuz it outlines everything and tells you exactly what to eat, and then gives you a few options. Post some pictures, they will serve as motivation for you.
