been working out on/off since high school for football/baesball. now trying to stay disciplined with it.
Why I Love It:
healthy lifestyle, looking good.... all that good stuff!! also a fan of pro bodybuilding, follow the major pro's and shows.

reading muscle & fitness, flex, and MD mags. there always is someone out there who looks a lot better than you do!

ill mix up up my workout often combining differnt bodyparts. now im doing chest/bi's back/tri's legs/shoulders mix in abs here and there do cardio occasionally mostly get my cardio from cutting the grass

Hey up ,I just got done with my jail school training on NOV 16.My next training that I'm looking forward to doing is S.R.T for the jail.Then after that I'm looking in to getting in the gang investigating unit in the jail.I hpoethar yopu are doing well to.
