How I Started:
When I gained 70 pounds after pregnancy and i reached 216 pounds, thats when i said "no more". I started to eat healthier and do exercises at home and pounds were coming off little by little and at that point you just what more and more results, and i never stoped.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel so good. Noticing results after all the hard work you put in to it. I feel lighter from the inside out. My goal is to take a modeling picture one day and be proud of me and i want to compete this year. It would be nice to transform my body completely and say "Nothing is Impossible"
How I Stay Motivated:
My husband motivates me and Bodybuilding space and there is always room for music, lol
BB Accomplishments:
Losing weight and body fat is a HUGE accomplishment for me.

Goal (Long):
I have always wanted to look fit and feel fit. I want to loose as much body fat as I can and gaining nice lean muscle. After having 2 babies, my body went through a lot, in total I've gained 70 pounds with my last pregnancy and it was the biggest challenge of my life to get back in the game and loose all of it and more. The more i see results the more i want to do it. I want to have 6 pack and nice legs, thats my goal. No more muffin tops...
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
i have to eat, and on the way to the gym good music really helps me with motivation.

it inspires me every day...thats all i think about is how to get in better shape and bodybuilding is got all the answers and support i need to move on.
