Decided to compete in 2010!! I'm also in super hero training!!
Goal (Long):
I want to compete in a natural bodybuilding contest in the next two years! I believe with the help of my trainer (who is wonderful!), and proper diet and rest I can attain this goal! I can't wait to post the pics from the contest! I've also been bitten by the personal trainer bug! If I can help others feel half as good as I do about my body now that I've gotten serious about my health and fitness it would make me most happy!

Yesterday I decided to highly restrict my carbs to see how it would affect my energy level.  I was fine until late afternoon when I got a little sluggish.  I don't think I can restrict my carbs that much and workout because I won't have the energy.  I'll stick to doing this on days that I...
