I do not diet
Steak, potatos, chicken, veggies, ice-cream, cake, cake frosting (straight out of the can if I can find it in the pantry and when no one is around), waffles with syrup and whip cream, cheese,

Usually though, I'll just make a toasted sandwhich with various meats (Ham, Turkey, or chicken ) and cheeses. Or a homemade pizza with thick sauce, mozzerella and whatever meat and veggie toppings I can find in the refridgerator.

Caffeine to wake me up in morning Nitrogen Oxide to get some pump before a workout Whey Protein immediately after a workout
The one suppliment that I always take is whey protein immediately after a workout. I use Natures Best Isopure (usually vanilla or dutch choc).
Before a run in the morning I will drink a glass of water mixed with hyperFX (a bsn product). It contains caffeine and really wakes me up. It is easy to become dependent on it though... for example, if I get into habit of drinking caffeine every day, then on days that I don't drink it I feel like I'm falling asleep all of the time. That can't be healthy.
Before a workout I'll drink a glass of water mixed with N.O.Xplode (another bsn product). It is similar to HyperFX (both contain caffeine), but with Nitro Oxide to get some added oxygen pumped into the veins. It is probably the caffeine that I feel the most, but I'm sure the N.O. does something. Again, it is dangerous to get into habit of using this stuff too much.
During workouts I drink bottled water or Vitawater.
During runs I always bring at least 20oz of water with me.
