yettiatcpg trying to do more with shoulders and back. we got a new rear fly bench at the gym so I have been doing that. I can only go 35's right now.

yettiatcpg started doing dead lifts again a week or so back with the hex bar. Monday I managed a single of 395. not bad for an old fart.
