After I lost weight on the Body for Life program I decided to get serious about lifting.
Why I Love It:
I love watching my body transform. It's so rewarding to see all the hardwork I put in the gym paying off. Working out makes me happy and makes me feel good about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I use my memories of my being overweight as my motivation.

1st Place Novice with USBF,
1 st Place Short Open with USBF twice
Overall Champion with USBF twice
Placed in the top 5 in my first Figure Nationals show with USBF

Hey lady! How's everything goin for you. I since you have transitioned well in Florida. Have you competed lately? I have been extremely busy thus far. I competed in 3 shows in the month of March. I know crazy! I actually turned Pro in the NGA sanction March 29th. If you get a chance go to Ultimate Bodies by Carlos n check out the pics. I'm number 25 in the yall class. Sorry to hear Girl! I tore up dem darn pancakes. Uh-uh-UH! And this pizza - I feel like my stomach's gonna' burst right now. My hubby bailed - stopped after a few pieces. "Pump up"? With food? With weights? I did NOT with any resistance weights or other. Food? Well, I did eat pizza Fri night and btw rounds #1 and #2. Pancakes, syrup, butter Sat am. So...if that's what ya' mean-yes. Glad I had a slice and some H22O before rnd 2. Think it softened me up & I placed better that round. Best Wishes Girl. Don't overthink it.
