i wasnt happy with the way i looked so my dad made me go to the gym.
Why I Love It:
i love it becoase its something to take my mind off my problems, and that im good,(atleast in my own mind.)lol
How I Stay Motivated:
its easy to stay motavated with something you love so much.

i went from beching 65 LBs to 225 LBs in like 9 months.

when i first started, i was 205,and it was mostly body fat. 10 months later, im now 187 of muscle. and happy with the way i am now.

i do 3-4 sets of each exercise,(depends on how i feel.)
and i do 10-12 reps. i go for the highest wieght i can do 8 times. and when i get to abs, i train them like any other muscle group.
