How I Started:
I got started around January 2005 when i looked in the mirror and did not like my body. My manager encouraged me to go workout with his buddies and I took him up on his offer. Now after recovering from a car accident and a lot of junk food inbetween, I need to get back to where I was before.
Why I Love It:
It's all about Me time (minus working out with others, spotting etc...). Most of my time is devoted to work, family, friends and seldomly do I even get time to do things on my own. Therefore working out is the time that i take out for myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
You just tell yourself that the reward is in the doing. It's a long term goal that you're doing for yourself and nobody else.

Goal (Long):
I am currently 210 lbs and I want to get back down about 180 stacked if that is possible. I also want to rebuild the strength in the my left arm. After breaking two fingers off... surgery helped repair and put them back on, but i lost a lot of strength while in a cast and now i occasionally lose feeling in my arm. I just want to be back to how i used to be and work more on upper body and getting rid of the gut. My story gets a little more personal, but i need to get over it and get that motivation back.
