Well Thanksgiving wasn't bad for me but what was bad for me was getting sick this weekend and eating a bunch of shitty food. So I guess that means 45 mins of cardio today which I'm not looking forward to since my energy levels are so low but oh well what can you do. Other than that life...

I am not in any longer. I got out 2 years ago after spending 8 years in. It was a very tough decision but my kids had to come first. I value the experience. Happy Holidays!

Everything's going good, but the training and motivation have stalled a little bit. I am hoping to get into this 2008 transformation contest they have on here though to jumpstart my engine and get me going again.
