I came across your profile in the forum and was wondering if you had any advice on getting lean. You clearly seem to know your stuff, you are definitely the leanest girl I have ever seen!!
Anyway I have always been small in stature but never lean. I've never had much ab definition and my legs are definitely my problem area
Please tell me exactly what you eat and your training regime. PLEASEE

I've just returned from a 2 week holiday in Thailand. I didn't diet at all and ate buffet breakfast everyday plus McDonalds and chocolate. So I'm making up for it now!

I used to go to fitness first platinum and went to robina sometimes too, so you are a manager there?
My training was put on hold for two weeks because I went to thailand and unfortunately for my body there were buffet breakfasts everyday lol. I'm going into hardcore mode as of now.
How's your training going?

I was wondering if you had any advice for me? I'm getting a photoshoot on the 3rd of jan and I wanted to know what I should be doing diet wise to get really lean (its 31 days away)
Also should I not drink water for 24 hours or take diuretics? Please give me some advice becuase you look amaing in your photos!! How did you do it :p

Thanks for replying! I'm not really looking to gain anymore muscle at the moment, I just want to get really lean and if I look too thin I will try and get a bit more. I would kill for legs like yours!
Do you do a lot of cardio?

How did you get so lean? Did you cut carbs and how much cardio do you do?

I live in Queensland. I will stay clear of the doughnuts from now on and take your advice on the cheat meal.

I love all your photos, you are truly gorgeous! Im very envious of your body
I was just wondering how many carbs you restrict yourself to (if you restrict carbs at all) when you are cutting
Also do you have cheat meals? How often and what do you personally consider as a cheat meal
In my mind something like 6 Krispy Kremes is a cheat..
