I want to be the best Asa I can be.
Goal (Long):
My goals in life about my health are always changing. I use to wrestle, and that challenges the mind and body. Since then I've been looking for new challenges. Grappling came into play. Then triathlons. I am currently cross training really hard in hopes to complete a half iron man with in the next year or so and hopefully by that time I will be prepared to take another step and do a full ironman. Only 1% of the worlds population has completed a full iron man and i would like to be apart of that number. If something else comes along that challenges me I will be there to accomplish it.

We have a triathlon on the Outer Banks here in NC but its not until mid April. If I start riding again I'm afraid I'll never get off and I got big plans on mass gaining next couple of years. Oh man your killing me change that pic of the Trek bro. Stay in touch man.

Oh man your making me want another bike, I had a specialized actually two. I ran and hit the bike way too much in college. Bro you are looking awesome and ripped. I'm in a cut and suffering from "skinny fat guy syndrome", LOL. Welcome to BS.
