How I Started:
always wanted to look like arnold when i was young, lol didnt we all.... then started readin flex a few years back an just thought i'd see what the limits of my genetics are!
Why I Love It:
boosts confidence, feel all round healthier for it, love pumpin up, made some good friends along the way, find a new reason every day i guess.
How I Stay Motivated:
always compare yourself to yourself and no one else, i cant remember who said it but it works for me, the minute you compare yourself to someone else you lose confidence and then motivation, stay realistic, but always strive for that little extra lol. watching my weight go up every couple of weeks.
BB Accomplishments:
i started out about 3 years ago at around 75kg with about 20% bodyfat, now im around 100kg with 14%. many accomplishments along the way i guess, but not givin up whenever i've hit plateu's is probably the best. i dont compete so unlike a lot of guys on here i've no braggin rights tho lol!!

well what can i say, life's pretty hectic sometimes right? this weeks been terrible in terms of training, so many things have got in the way of the gym unfortunately but at least i've finally got my diet back on track to some extent. feel pretty good now though.

Hello :D Thanks for your info, I have the confirmation now that I am on the right track and not to worry too much. I also stood on the scales this morning and my overall loss is 3.5lbs Woo Hoo! :D I really started this on 30th Dec but only found this site the other day so put everything as 1st Jan for ease :D Cheers Lizzie
