When I Started: Jun 2009
HOW I STARTED:

I need a body transformation. I know I am not a young dude any longer, and it seems silly but now I want to be able to look like I always wanted.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I want to finally be able to lose weight, get muscle toned and take my shirt off!
