It will cause a insulin spike at will cause your body to store fat. Which is really not good if your having a high fat steak with it just before bed! But everything else is right on point!!! I bet just changing the fruit for 1/2 vegies and red meat for fish/chicken will get you ripped in no time!!
That sounds pretty solid to me. The only things I would change if your trying to cut bodyfat would be... add oatmeal in breakfat instead of veggies, up the chicken to 8oz and cut the veggies for lunch, cut red meat out for cutting it has to much fat.. try fish instead or chicken again, also never have fruit at nite or near a time of rest like watching TV or playing games.
