How I Started:
I got tired of always being the weakest and skinniest guy around, weighting 50Kgs and not being able to perform a single pull-up. My girlfriend's into fitness, so she got me interested about weightlifting and I've learned a lot from her. I also want to get in good shape because as an actor I need an excellent physical condition.
Why I Love It:
It gives me an enormous confidence-boost, and I love it when I get to add some weight to the bar.
How I Stay Motivated:
I go to gym with my girlfriend, who's an excellent personal trainer and takes care that I won't slack with my training program.
