Sweet! Ok, most guys don't have to do much for their neck; it automatically thickens. Not in my case. It's hard to find shirts that fit. You work your neck? Delts. Mine are so hard to get to grow. What do you like to do to get them really massed? By the way, do you clean bulk or dirty bulk and then cut? Thanks, man! ViCh

Hey, man. Seriously, thanks. I really appreciate your appraisal of my work. To tell you the truth I've got some genetic imbalances that I've worked to even out on muscle size. So now I'm working to bring the rest into balance, namely my neck and my delts. Keep up the hard work, and I might have to hit you up for some advice ;-] Cheers! ViCh

Bob, sorry it took so long to get back to you. Congrats on all your finishes this year. Well deserved. I was around 165lbs in those pics. Missed my mark at IronMan this year, so prepping for a spring show now. Best of luck to you in all your future goals.

Im undecided if i will compete or not. Adding mass will be to my advantage as i am working on becoming a personal trainer. I know a 300lb guy that has people walking up asking if he is a trainer.

oh yea for sure man - it will fly - but is good for me to have that end goal..at least i can still enjoy some Holiday cheer before having to cut into contest mode.
