How I Started:
I joined a fitness challenge and haven't looked back since.
I was a in pretty good shape in highschool (weren't we all?) After a few years and some jobs that required not a lot of movement, I decided it was time. I guess it just clicked. Like many, I'd tried in the past, but didn't stick with it.
At the start of the fitness challenge I was at about 29% or so. Now it's down to around 15% (different measuring method, though).
Now I love and live the lifestyle, but it was only recently I really focused more on what I eat.
I also know I can do more than I do. Just gotta get my mind wrapped around it.
Why I Love It:
It's 'my' time.
How I Stay Motivated:
Dunno... just do.
BB Accomplishments:
Dropping about 15% body fat over the last four years and keeping it off, despite some fluctuations.
