I started fiddling with it in high school back in 2000. I gained a bit, then joined the Army and lost it all. I worked out on and off for the six years I spent in the service, until I got out in 2006. I started again in late August 2007.
Why I Love It:
It gives me a goal to follow, and it makes me happy knowing that my hard work and perseverance will pay off in the end with a great body. My girlfriend is loving my transformation from being scrawny to having a bit of meat on my bones, hah.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just think that if a lot of people have done it, I can do it too. I listen to trance music, because the rhythm is pumping, and it helps me endure the pain and suffering, haha.
BB Accomplishments:
Just from proper nutrition and a good routine, I have been able to increase mass while losing fat. My nutrition was sub-par. Now I eat my body weight in protein, and avoid bad fats. My diet mostly consists of tuna and white meat, with protein shakes in between meals.
