When I Started:
How I Started:
I played some sports in High school and then by the time I got to college, I let myself go pretty bad. It wasn't until my wife gave birth to our first child and I happened to notice that I was a 250+ pound bag of lard. My knees hurt all the time and my back was in pretty bad shape from past injuries and all the extra weight. I had also quit smoking a year before that and my metabolism changed completely. I was sick of seeing who I had become and started doing something about it. I am currently 190lb. and have about 15-20 more pounds to go to get to an ideal body fat %. But I am miles away from being what I want to be.
Why I Love It:
There is a personal greatness I feel after a hard workout. I know that I am only helping myself to be better and healthier.
How I Stay Motivated:
I wont lie, vanity plays a huge role. But I would have to say that I love the way my wife reacts to my body now.
BB Accomplishments:
the first time I benched 225... NFL, here I come! j/k

It's been close to a year since I have last posted here and what a year it has been. I guess I'll start where it "ended" for me. I took a contract in some god forsaken city that took a month to finish and I only ended up make $400. I got screwed big time on that one, but in...
thansk brother for the props....my wife thinks I am a freak! she gets sick of people pointing fingers and staring, but my kids think I am Superman so its fun...stay on the steel homie! best of luck

Ahhhh yeah! That's the book! So many people don't know what thet're misssing out on or aren't serious enough to own the greatest bodybuilding book ever!
looking rocked dude. some good pictues them gunz are looking good keep up the good work im fixing to post somemore soon. going to firfighting school next week i might get some pictues there.
It's going pretty good. I strained my neck real bad yesterday and it's almost better today. Just making the poundage climb up for the second time! How about you?
The BBQ is on hold for now. But you are right, it was some good food. My old cooking buddy wants me to cook some with him this summer. Not sure I am to the point I can turn down a few racks of ribs and some brisket - yet. I have to sample everything I cook - that is why I weighed 260 pounds and had a BF% of 30+. That is my biggest weakness.
Wish I had a pec deck machine. When I work out with my buddy at his local gym we'll burn out on that thing. I know the program will do the trick for you when you switch up. If you have Arnold's encyclopedia he's even published the same principal! Let m eknow when you start it so I can follow your progress, should be huge!

Crap, I see an extra space in both links you'll have to remove after pasting into your address bar or they won't work. Sorry, happens when you cut and paste links from notepad for some reason.
