14/06/2007 - First pic taken, this is how I look after working out for 8 months without nutrition, started to take nutrition 2 weeks ago, hope it will help
08/01/08 - Fourth pic. I do not see any change... Do you? It's been 2 months and I have been doing more strength than mass but still... What do you think?
Hi Timmy, thanks for this. The little extra baggage it is always so hard to get rid off. Check this Site that I found. I've seen a lot of interesting information here. http://www.exrx.net/Questions/ MuscleMass.html. Keep it up! Alexinemov
Hi, You have a lean body and that is the ideal way to start putting on mustle. I'm glad you started with suplements, otherwise you would be eating all the time. Congratulations on your progress.
Hi Timme, I wonder what your exercise plan was to be able to lower your body fat % in a relatively short time. I am what most people would consider very lean, but there is always this little extra in the mid section that I can't seem to be able to get rid of.
Thanks for the comment. To look like that? I spent about a month and a half trying to cut fat as much as possible. Unfortunately I ended up cutting quite a bit of muscle too. I've had to take some time off for surgery, but hopefully I'll be bigger and leaner within the next year. You look like you have a good foundation to work with so just train smart.
