first two weeks back have been great so far. It amazes me how much u loose when forced to take some time off, hopefully to be back where I was by mid to late Novemeber. How you doing?

week 2 is finishing up, increased weight 20% vs week 1 across the board and so far the shoulder is feeling great. Pushed it hard today during my shoulder workout and it held up fine, 225 military bb for 8 so will be bumping up another 10% next week.

Thanks mate, I had my first bodybuilding style workout today since May and it went well, still got most of my strength and endurance. I didn't put alot of fat on but holding alot of water due to carbs so have a very smooth look which I dont like at all. Im gonna check out your blogs to see whats up today.

its all about timing and intake. Also if your really wanting to pack on size you got to be willing to forsake lean look for a little bit then shred it back down once you added enough mass. If you keep eating clean and appropriate for size gain and cut cardio to twice a week you won't put much fat on.

NCAA Neb vs. Mizzu... don't watch baseball unless I go to a game. Being a Indians fan I have always felt the tribed screwed up letting Manny slip and im a huge Manny fan, so I am pulling for LA to win the series.

I do great until she gets home. Example yesterday: 10 egg whites 1/2c oats, meal 2 1 cup cottage cheese, meal 3 6oz chix breast 1 lg sw potatoe, meal 4 protein shake, then she got home... dinner LOL mexican 4 huge enchiladas and a ton of tortillas and cheese, then a few beers last night watching the game WTF...

my real fall back is I do better with my nutrition as a single man versus when i have a exclusive girlfriend. My current loves to hit up mexican food and I can't resist enchiladas LOL. She has been warned what the new year brings of course she's like but baby you look good now, and im like silence woman LOL

For me its usually the second week of January I really buckle down and I follow it thru to mid July. Then I give myself second part of summer for some beer and bbq LOL. Fall, well trick or treat means plenty of Reese's cups and all that LOL

the occassional cheat is good, just try to limit it to one day a week and if you can just one meal that day. I know its difficult and believe me I haven't been practicing what im preaching at the moment, but im getting back to it. As long as your happy with you, thats all that matters bro. so good job.

Thanks, I had tried getting back numerous times but kept feeling some pain in the shoulder and couldn't risk it. I still have some issues with it, but I can't stay out any longer, im going crazy. Tried running and while its relaxing it doesn't quite provide what lifting does for me. How have you been?

Had to take a little time off, I kept reaggitating my shoulder. Im getting back in lightly next week working up to heavy mass training come November. Other than that just been running alot and trying to keep a good clean base diet for the most part. How are you doing?

I had to take a few months off, I kept reaggitating my shoulder trying to get back too soon. Just been doing alot of running and plyo work. Planning to begin light training again next week and begin heavy again in Nov. How is your progress coming for ya?
