I trained for sports in high school and fell out of it when I had kids. Then in 2005 my younger brother was preparing for his first competition. Citing me as one of his greatest mentors I knew I wasn't exactly in shape any longer so I got back to work.
Why I Love It:
Its all about you molding yourself into what ever you dream of being. No one can stop you but you and no one can make you work for it but YOU. Its just you and the iron. Strength & Honor
How I Stay Motivated:
Every morning when I look in the mirror and Im never satisfied. I have a vision of what I wanna be physically and I will achieve it.
BB Accomplishments:
Have not competed in any bodybuilding shows....YET. Won multiple bench press competions in 2006 with my personal best being a 405 raw press at body weight of 230lbs.

This was taken on the beach in the Bahamas, I thought I was still looking good back then, now its the picture that motivates me
Compete in a bodybuilding comp so I have the monkey off my back and I can always say I did it and could again if I wanted to. Once this is accomplished i'll solely focus on powerlifting, loosing strength with the weight lose is killing me.
First, HUGE props to my friend Jay ( JCB Rage17) on his victory this past weekend in Pittsburgh at the NPC Collegiate Nationals. This guys is young, dedicated, fierce, and a true genetic freak. To see one of your own succeed should only inspire you to do the same. 3 years ago I watched this...
Deadlift: 3 warm up sets of 5. 405 x 5, 455 x 5, 495 x 3
Barbell Rows: 275 x 10, 315 x 10, 365 x 6-8, 405 x 2-4
One Arm Pully Rowns: 3 set of 8, 6, 4 reps
Wide Lat Pulls: 3 sets of 15
Seated Close Rows: 3 sets 12 - 15 reps
I have been mixing it up and I switch back and forth on my routine. I have even worked out each muscle twice a week for a while doing 10x10 and 5x5. Gotta keep my body guessing.
Yeah I been trying to keep up with my German 10x10 and holding for up to 4 secs at the top to flush the blood to the muscle. I'm going to hammer them this year .
