When I Started: Oct, 2007
How I Started: i was ready for a change. i was smoking a pack, dipping a can a day; and drinking heavily all the time. i also had a poor diet. my blood pressure stayed dangerously high all the time. i was put on two types of blood pressure medication at age 25.
Why I Love It: i love everything about it. the lifestyle, the progress, the benefits, the strength. theres not really anything i don't like about it.
How I Stay Motivated: my wife, this website, i feel better inside and out because of working out.
BB Accomplishments: a better quality of life.
