i'm down to around 21% bodyfat. i've been on a diet for a few months now.(i lose almost 1% bf every two weeks) the bodyfat is falling off, but the size and strenght gains are coming slowly.(i'm getting definition, just not a lot of size) my question is, if i eat more(lean of course) can...
