al_77 Thanks bro. Honestly, there is no "magic" rep-range. As long as you hit failure, you're good. For me, I like to keep the reps towards the lower side for compounds, and 10+ for isolation movements. Hope this helped a bit. Feb 8, 2010 12:07am

broken_steel my routine at the moment is very very high volume. i blast all my muscles with 2 hours of lifting 5 days a week. this has gotten to be boring and i've plateued. so right now i'm looking at more of a strength building program Jan 20, 2010 10:32pm
