ty and I Completely understand. My diet is nothing short of absolutely pitiful while in school. Trying to come up with what to do, once thing is I think I got to start forcing some shakes down to supplement 2 of those meals. U may want to consider this.

Yea, pretty much just stay away from ****ty foods like greasy pizza, mcdonalds, etc. Its alot harder to do a clean bulk but youll see better results
