How I Started:
Wanted to lose fat, started lifting before i went on a diet and been going to the gym religiously ever since.
Why I Love It:
You never get headaches when you lift, you improve overall health and can eat more throughout the day as long as the food you eat are clean because you have more muscle that burns off more calories than fat.
How I Stay Motivated:
By looking at fitness models.

I dont compete, but ill put up my numbers for u kids to look at

I want to gain muscle, but more importantly strength.
Goal (Long):
I dont want to weigh more than 165lbs for now, i just want to increase strength, the most i ever want to weigh is 180-185. Long term would be 170-175lbs with 8-10% body fat.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 5 lb
