How I Started:
I was quite skinny when I was younger so of course I wanted to bulk up a little. I've been on and off (very inconsisent) since I was about 15.
I've gotten back into it properly in the last 2 months.
Inspired by people such as Arnold, Sylvester Stalone, Dwayne Johnson (The Rock), Bruce Lee, Triple H, John Cena.
Why I Love It:
Becoming a larger than average person makes me feel good about myself. It boosts my confidence and self esteem.
When you get that pump... man!
We've been given the ability to do such amazing things with our body, to give it so many different looks and builds. I want to take advantage of that.
How I Stay Motivated:
1. Wanting to stay fit and healthy
2. Bodybuilding videos and magazines
3. I have a fit girlfriend. So to stay up to her standards. She doesn't think this though, it's just in my head lol She'd love me if I was fat she says lol
My training partner Cameron helps push me beyond my limits.
BB Accomplishments:
- I gained my 1 month goal, of gaining 4 kilos, in 2 weeks whilst only increasing my body fat by .5% I still don't believe it.
MAN! Talk about a dissappointing weigh-in. I weighed in at about 1kg heavier then last week but 2.5% more bf!! AND I had been eating a little cleaner. I think the problem was my mum was buying alot more full cream milk instead of light milk like I normally have. DAM YOU FULL CREAM, tastes...

Honestly I haven't been keeping track of those in the longest. I'm really not that deep into it. Maybe what's why I'm not gaining weight like I want. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

Re diet - nothing special. Wholemeal/wholegrain where it's available, low on saturated fat, and every 'real' meal involves protein, obviously. I haven't really got the discipline to treat my diet incredibly seriously.
