My last day of high school senior year in 2006 before I got into training seriously. Didn't really have much knowledge about weightlifting or nutrition. 18 yrs. old.
|
Finally at 170 LBS. +11 gain since I've been home from school for the summer, and not much if any of the added weight seems to be body fat

Had been going to the gym consistently for about 4 or 5 months. This was the first summer that I wasn't embarrassed to take my shirt off outside. Still nothing impressive...

Taken about two and a half weeks since my last progress pic. This is two weeks before I move to school and tryout for hockey at OU. I dropped a pound or two skating hard the last few weeks but I feel stronger and better conditioned

Home from college for thanksgiving break. A little over 160 pounds. Felt like I fell behind from the point where I was at the end of summer.

Winter break before going back to school. Still just over 160 Lbs. Haven't put on any weight in awhile but feel like I added a little definition the past 3 weeks. Next time I take a progress pic will probably be in the spring.
