How I Started:
Got tired of looking myself in the mirror and not liking what I saw vs what I used to see, and the time for change was now.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel complete. It makes a bad at work, or at home, turn good during the workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
Look at where I came from physically and mentally and promise never to go back there. Then I just gain knowledge from other enthusiasts, which motivates me even more.

Flat Benching 305 which was a goal I had for a long time.

i was reading in forum and you said you have alot of low back problems so you said just to do alot of lower back work does your hurt alot when you seat more then stand and so times get a sharp pain in the side of your hip
