I ripped apart my rotator cuff plain baseball and am trying to get the right(injured) one as strong as the left. i am also tryin to build up the base of my legs. they are very week compared to the rest of my muscles. On top of all this im trying to work on getting some more muscle mass, mainly in my back which was weak from atrophy when i messed up my shoulder.

I know i dont post as often as i should, but i still am working out. i ran into a another snag in training thats kind of concerning, abdomen pain, not soreness. im having a tough time figuring out what it is. at first i worked through it and it hurt more. then i did light stretching, still...
Most days a use a freestyle attack. i go in the gym with a guideline of must do exercises. ill switch up weights, reps, sets, and speed. By no means do i go in and say ok..here is legs and then do some shoulder exercises along with leg day.
i always start with compound and work down to isolation...
