Reason: I take it when needed, but no more then twice a day. Just to keep my protein intake around 200-220g. Its quick and easy, low carbs/sugars but still taste pretty damn good!

Reason: I would love to say, I take this supplement for:
Brain and nerve tissue development
Stabilize blood sugar levels
Anti-inflammatory effect
Helpful in inflammatory conditions
Strengthen immune system
but to be honest I wouldn't know the difference I take it for one reason only, 99.99% of all professionals take in flaxseed oils with omega 3,6 and 9. They cant all be wrong....can they?

Reason: After reading more into this supplement(caffeine), and learning about the health benefits I decided to give it a it a try. I am loving it so far. I take one when I wake up and another an hour before a work out keeps my work outs intense. I am still reading into this trying to learn the pros and cons, I don't want to become addicted or harm my body with this.

Reason: Im still new to this supplement. I refused to jump onto the bandwagon at first, but I kept hearing so many good things about this supplement I couldn't resist. So far my feelings are still iffy. I don't notice a difference in my recovery time. Ill have a better input after maybe a month of using this.
