Sophomore year in high school, I took a weight training class, and i was hooked.
Why I Love It:
"A better body, a healthier lifestyle" I bet alot will say this. I do agree, but if you're asking me why I LOVE working out? Well its the dedication, the drive and sacrifice that needs!to take place when you set this goal to get better body to live a healthier lifestyle. You have to fight through genetics, injuries, temptations (cookies for me) busy scheduals, laziness, pain, and even other people wanting you to fail and after you fought through all those obsticles you know deep down you truly accomplish what very few will.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep a pocket sized calendar with my daily/weekly/monthly goals and I carry that with me everywhere I go

This picture was taken when i was 185 lbs, I wish i had a picture of me at my all time high of 205.
I have been into fitness for seven years, but only this past year have I been serious. I want the total package, at first I thought all I wanted was a six pack, and after dieting down to 145 lbs i was shredded, but I lost alot of muscle mass, and wasn't very happy. My goal is to have decent muscle mass and great definition. 165-170 at 5% bf
I haven't written a new blog in forever, and allot of new things has been happening to me lately. One of the biggest thing is I took time off work (military leave) now I'm home for 2 weeks (one more week remanding) bought a temp gym membership. Start HIIT training, and actually I'm about to...
Ill go into more detail later. Until then just check out my blogs I have my detailed work out there.
I a Follow a 4 day split with a rest day after every two.
Right now I'm cutting down I'll do my cardio usually after my work out at LEAST 5 days a week.
