Thanks for the comment. I have been interested in fitness for a few years but just started adding weights. Thats the reason it says I started in April.. My workouts are pretty consistant. I plan to keep it/increase it as part of my lifestyle.

so far so good. ive spent alot of time on the treadmill with weights. cant wait for it to get a little warmer so i can go outside :)how are you doing?
