To eventually gain perhaps 10 more pounds of muscle, if not more, and become more defined and increase overall strength. Strength, more than mass, is my goal.
Goal (Long):
Like above, to eventually just be stronger and increase practical strength while attaining a balanced look. Bodybuilding is rather expensive and by nature, I'm an ecto and have a fast metabolism and on a limited budget it's hard to get as big as I wish to be. Hopefully in the future when I can afford it, but not at the moment.
So unfortunately, those are my current goals, practical strength and definition over size.
Yes i was in pakistan training our representatives in fitness now i came back 2 USA and iam going to dedicate my self promoting this support in pakistan. I just need your help in spreading the word. Thanks

Hey man -- I'm not exactly sure what the weight difference is... probably around 5 pounds. I was taking creatine religiously as well as a weightgainer shake. Both things that I'm going to get back in the habit of doing in January! Have a great New Year!
dude thanks for the comment, my goals this year are to qualify for FAME nationals and compete and place in Toronto...ultimately i would love to secure a sponsorship!
Thanks a lot bro, you look pretty solid yourself! Yes..it is very hard, have to always keep the diet in check and keep hittin the heavy weights not missing a day in the gym. All about consistency inside and outside of the gym. Keep up the hard work brother!
