In school I used to be one of the skinniest kids there.I eventually got tired of it so i went to target and bought some dumbells.After just two weeks i started to see big time resultes.

Sounds like you need a boost. You will be fine cause you already know what to do. Im in the middle. I was doing a lose weight while bulking to get the bf% down. I got to my weight, but my bf % is still high. So the plan is to bulk from 155 to 165 solid muscle. Then maintain like LL. My goal. Hang in there lil brother.

Basically a safe bulk. Dont go out on the bad junk food like fries etc, and try to eat lost of good stuff, like veggies and meats all kinds. Do a dirty/clean combo. Thawill keep you balance and not knock you too far out that you have a hard time getting back. Let me know if that makes sense to you.

Hust be careful to eat a clean dirty. Just try to eat good food and not the bad fast food out there thats will hurt you. If you go to McD's at least pig out on the chicken. Just try to do it right and sort of healthy. Let me know what you think about what I said, if it make sense to you.

Thanks for the complement Josh. Not gains like you are. You set the bar on the shoulders and back. You got to take some front shots. Got to see those pecs. Im doing good. Still bustin my calis/lifing combo. Changed up a bit to confuse the muscles. Its going well. Still workin the abs and the bf%. Im glad the Celltech is working out for you. Anderson Silva is favorite of all time. I also like Fedor, Kimbo, and Lesnar. I think Lidell comes back in September. I cant wait till tomorrow. Rampage vs Griffin. I hope rampage wins.
