When I Started:
Aug, 2009
How I Started:
I've enjoyed working out since high school. I got away from it in college but my husband is the reason I've gotten back involved and I can't thank him enough!!
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel better about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
My husband and my kids. They are what keep pushing me to reach a little farther and to go a little longer! I couldn't do it without them!
Get rid of the body fat and get definition all over...especially my abs!!
Goal (Long):
I want to have muscle definition in my arms, legs and abs. Especially my abs, I've never been able to wear a bikini...ever!! Which that is something that I would like to be able to do with my husband on a beach somewhere and to be proud of the way I look. I want my kids to be able to look at me as an example of being healthy and fit. 15 lbs would probably be the most I would want to lose at this point, I've already lost about 60 lbs over the past 3 years. I just want to have a leaner and very defined body.
His dedication to our family, his job and our country. He works hard at everything he does and makes me want to work harder for him. He gives our boys an amazing role model to look up to and blesses me everyday with our life together! I couldn't do what I do without him!
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
Well, I kinda do, he's just on the other side of the world at the moment. He is my motivation and inspiration so I think that is a huge benefit. I get that confirmation that I'm doing things right.

Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
It has daycare now!! YAY!! Pros I have someone to watch the little one, cons is that I have to drive about 30 minutes to get there everyday!

What type of person at your gym annoys you the most? Why?
The ones that don't know you or your workout plan and then try to critique you when they don't have a clue what's best for you!
I get one hour a day during the week in the gym. With the kiddos it's hard to get more than that. I can do some at night after they've gone to bed but that's when I'm feeling really good!
Any ideas to make the best out of the time I get in the gym would be welcome!!
This is what...
Couldn't find a worse time to not want to go to the gym. I only have 25 days until I leave to go home, and I'm struggling to get my butt to the gym. I need you to knock some sense into me :). Even though I'm getting lazy on you, I love you so much....more than you'll ever know.
Looks like your motivation is about where mine is....31 days seems like so long right now. Take it from me though, you look incredible and I am so proud of you. I can't wait to see you next month.
Just wanted to send you a quick note to let you know how proud of you I am. Your progress has been amazing, but I would expect nothing less from you. I can never thank you enough for all you do for me and for the boys and for just who you are. I love you with everything in me.
Yeah, but where you are starting looks good already. You are just rounding off the edges. As long as you diet right and workout often, you should be G2G. Stay motivated!
