I have nothing to do on my down time in IRAQ so I got into it and liked it.
Why I Love It:
I like that i'm doing something for myself that I enjoy to do, and what I'm doing is changing me pyshicly and mentally.
How I Stay Motivated:
From all the change that I've made it keeps me going to see what else I can do.
BB Accomplishments:
i got a 6 pack for about 3 weeks then I lost it while in transit coming home from IRAQ.

This is when i first desided to get in shape. I was 190Lbs and out of shape.
I'm still trying to bulk up to 170Lbs and cut my abs. its a slow process but i'm getting there

i was once a pretty chunky guy, then i join the ARMY and I really want Special Forces training but i need to be at my peak of fitness. I just came home from IRAQ where I spend every spair second in the gym getting my body right. Seing what kind of chage you made is very impressive and i believe u can inspire people to chage there lives for hte better.

Workout Program:
I start off with running about 15min to 30min depending on how I feel that day. Then goto heavy lifting for whatever muscles don't feel sore from the day before. After few muscle failure in the muscle groups i'm working I go into my Ab workout.
