i was once a pretty chunky guy, then i join the ARMY and I really want Special Forces training but i need to be at my peak of fitness. I just came home from IRAQ where I spend every spair second in the gym getting my body right. Seing what kind of chage you made is very impressive and i believe u can inspire people to chage there lives for hte better.
I start off with running about 15min to 30min depending on how I feel that day. Then goto heavy lifting for whatever muscles don't feel sore from the day before. After few muscle failure in the muscle groups i'm working I go into my Ab workout.
