I am beginning my bulk at 158 pounds as I sit here. I'm afraid to add fat, but I must add muscle. There's no two ways around it. I am using Rippetoes program. Wish me luck.
Hi there. I remember you from last year. Nice guy you are. Good to see everyone again. I hope I will do it this time. I have a long way to go. Blessings to you!
Life does have it moments and that was one for you. So keep doing what you do, cause it makes a bigger man out of you, even though you are but a boy. Good job kidd.
I dont actually do forums alot cause there is so much garbage back and forth. But I do scan and when I see important or interesting topics. I check them out, even if in the past. I have always had compasion for the under priviledge, so seeing your topic just provide proof that young people do have hearts and not all self centered. So I commend you for sharing that emotion, because it not always about BB, we all have lifes outside of it.
Hey Brother. Real nice topic you brought up in February about the mentally challenge man. Very heartfelt and real. Kudos to you on that. The topic has started back up with something I said. You have a good heart, so dont ever change. Nice job my brother. Later Eric.
Hey bro, wishing you the best of luck with your 10K. that is great! I am still holding it down...got to burn that fat! Keep me posted on your progress...
