Fit Status:  Finally broke 140. Been fluctuating between that and 143.. weighed in first thing this am and voila- 139.6! NEW progress pics soon!

How I Started:
Got on the scale, realized my weight was climbing back up to no-man's land and decided to get my ass in gear.
Why I Love It:
Love the way it makes me feel after I've finished a grueling ( atleast that's what I feel) 2 hr workout. Like I've accomplished something for the day, and that I'm that much closer to meeting my goals.
How I Stay Motivated:
People who have been where I've been, and where I am now. Also close family and friends... need all the support I can get.

My goal is to lose 35lbs, get fit, and eventually enter into a figure competition by Summer 2010!
Goal (Long):
Pretty much all of my life I have been what I feel is overweight. My Junior year of highschool I boomed up to a HUGE 205lbs at 5'5". I got tired of it and by the summer after graduation I managed to drop 60lbs. A year later I found the love of my life.. let's just say I got a little too comfortable. I've always told my self I would never let my self get back past 160lbs. I got on a scale recently and it read 162lbs. 2lbs TOO much for me! I decided it was time to take my life AND my body back into my control and try to make my life a lot healthier. I went out and bought the "Eat Clean Diet"- Tosca Reno; Let's just say it has relly changed my thought process on food as a whole. I want to eat to keep ME healthy not just to fill a void or satisfy a sudden chocolate splurge. I've started working out 5 days a week, cardio and weight training combined is something new for me. My ultimate goal is to be healthy and fit... BUT something I call my "crazy goal" is to enter into a figure competition hopefully by Summer 2010 if not earlier! I would be thrilled to be at 127lbs. I feel that I can acheive this goal with extreme hard work!
